2005年から2013年までGaw Capital PartnersのChief Financial Officerを務め、2013年からGaw Capital PartnersのChief Operating Officerを務めています。新規株式公開、国際株式発行、信用格付け、そして社債発行を含め、資本及び融資等による資金調達において25年以上の経験を有しています。2013年からPioneer Global Group　(SEHK: 224) のExecutive Directorも務めてきました。公認会計士（カナダ）の資格も有しています。 インペリアルカレッジロンドンで理学士号、トロント大学で経営学修士号を取得しています。

Gaw Capital Partners参画前は、Wachovia BankのDirectorを務め、中華圏で不動産融資及び株式投資を担当していました。香港のJones Lang LaSalle及びDTZで15年以上に亘りHead of Investmentsを務めていました。香港理工大学を卒業し、1989年より公認測量士に登録されています。

2005年にGaw Capital Partnersに参画し、アジア、米国、ヨーロッパの不動産ファンド運用及びスペシャルシチュエーション投資に20年従事してきました。現在の職務に就く前は、J.P. MorganでExecutive Director及びGlobal Special Opportunities GroupのHead of the China Real Estateを務めていました。 ペンシルベニア大学ウォートン校で経済学理学士号（金融）を最優秀成績で取得。

米国、アジア及びヨーロッパにおいて、15年以上に亘り不動産の投資、アセットマネジメント、開発及び投資銀行業務に従事してきました。以前は、モルガンスタンレー・リアルエステートのニューヨーク及び香港オフィスにおいて、アドバイザリー業務（IPOと企業組織再編を含む）及びプリンシパルインベストメントに従事していました。 ペンシルベニア大学ウォートン校で金融及び会計の理学士号を優秀成績で、INSEADで経営学修士号を取得。

不動産及び投資アドバイザリー領域において、20年以上に亘り取得、アセットマネジメント、及び投資銀行業務に従事してきました。日本と台湾におけるオフィス、リテール、住宅、ホスピタリティー、物流及びデータセンター投資を先導しています。Urban Land Institute Japanのエグゼクティブ・コミッティ及びHong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity AssociationのReal Asset Committeeのメンバーを務めています。また、2023年にPEI（Private Equity International）から「Women of Influence in Private Markets」として選ばれました。 Gaw Capitalに参画前は、ドイツ銀行の不動産投資銀行業務グループで中国、米国、英国、及びヨーロッパ大陸の取引のアドバイザリー業務に従事していました。 ペンシルベニア大学ウォートン校で金融と会計を専攻し、経済学の理学士号を取得。

アジアと米国において、20年以上に亘り不動産投資とアセットマネジメント業務に従事してきました。 Gaw Capital Partners参画前は、Credit Suisse Private Equity AsiaでAssociateを務めていました。アジアに拠点を移す前は、ワシントンD.C.においてCarlyleの不動産ファンドに勤務し、北米のホテル、住宅及び高齢者用住宅セクターの取引に携わっていました。またシティグループのニューヨークオフィスで投資銀行業務に従事していた際は、米国、アジア、オーストラリア、及び南米の顧客に、M&Aアドバイザリーと資金調達のサービスを提供ていました。 ペンシルベニア大学ウォートン校で金融を専攻し、経済学理学士号を取得。

2014年にGaw Capital Partnersに参画し、Chief Financial Officerを務めています。 金融サービス業界で16年以上の経験を有しています。Gaw Capital Partnersに参画する前に、PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kongに勤めていました。香港の公認会計士であり、英国王立勅許鑑定士協会のメンバーであり、金融リスクマネージャーです。 香港科技大学で会計学と金融額の経学学士号を最優秀生として取得。

2014年にGaw Capital Partnersに参画し、中華人民共和国と香港におけるファンド商業不動産ポートフォリオのアセットマネジメントの責任者を務めています。アセットマネジメントにおいて並外れた実績を有し、2020年にManaging Directorに昇進しました。Gaw Capital Partnersの管理下にある香港の29のコミュニティーモールポートフォリオを運用しています。 アセットマネジメントと不動産投資において、20年以上に亘る経験を有しています。Gaw Capitalに参画する前は、Mapletree Investment Pte LtdのSenior Associate Directorを務めていました。Hutchison Whampoa Properties及びSun Hung Kai Propertiesなど、中華人民共和国と香港における大手資産開発・管理企業で様々な経営の職務に就いていました。 香港大学で不動産と建設の理学士号と経営学修士号の両方を取得。英国王立勅許鑑定士協会と香港測量士学会のメンバーです。  

Gaw Capital USAのManaging Directorとして、米国のCapital Market Teamを率いています。Caw Capital USAの本社があるロサンゼルスを本拠地に置き、Capital Formation、Co-investment、セパレートアカウント投資、インベスター・リレーションズ及びマーケティングの責任者を務めています。 2011年にGaw Capital Partnersに参画し、当初は香港で投資チームのメンバーを務めていました。2014年12月に、米国事業拡大のためにロサンゼルスに異動しました。 Gaw Capitalに参画前は、ロンドンとニューヨークのTishman Speyer（Leadership Development Program）に勤め、取得、デットファイナンス/リストラクチャリング、アセットマネジメント、及び設計・建設業務に従事していました。それ以前は、不動産及びエネルギー業界に重点を置く戦略・事業管理コンサルタントを務めていました。 カリフォルニア大学ロサンゼルス校で経済学/国際地域研究の学士号を優秀成績で取得し、ロンドンビジネススクールで経営学修士号を取得。 北京語が流暢で、アジア、ヨーロッパ、そして米国で幅広い業務経験を有しています。

不動産投資及びアドバイザリー業務において17年以上の経験を有しています。オフィス、住宅、ホテル、リテールショッピングセンター、ライブ音楽会場及び多目的利用のプロジェクトを含め、10億USドル以上の米国の不動産取引に携わり、ビジネスプランの実行まで手がけています。 Gaw Capital USAに参画する前は、大手住居建築会社、ニューヨークに本拠地を置く開発/バリューアッド投資会社及びグローバル経営コンサルティング企業で取締役を務めていました。

ホスピタリティー領域で25年以上の経験を有しています。2008年にGCP Hospitality Managementを共同創設して以来、40件以上の不動産ポートフォリオを開発し、前年比で一貫したリターンを上げ、強固なトラックレコードを築いてきました。 GCP Hospitalityの前はKing Power Hotel Management CompanyのGeneral Managerを務め、AccorのPullmanブランドコンセプトとして食品と飲料品のアウトレットをバンコク国際空港に立ち上げました。 それ以前は、ホスピタリティー業務担当のVice Presidentとして、香港ベースの開発業者のNew Way Limitedで勤務していました。これまでホスピタリティー業界で複数の経営ポジションを務めています。

中華圏で30年以上の不動産の経験を有しています。Gaw Capitalに参画する前に、Jones Lang LaSalleとHyatt International HotelsのSenior Executiveとして業務に携わっていました。 ハワイ大学でホテル経営学の学士号を取得。

Annora Ng is a Managing Director at Gaw Capital Partners based in Singapore and is responsible for capital formation, co-investments, separate account investments, investor relations and marketing. Ms. Ng has over 10 years of experience in real estate investment advisory, including fund formation, acquisitions, recapitalizations and investor relations. Ms. Ng joined Gaw Capital in 2013 and was based in Hong Kong until 2022 when she relocated to Singapore to help grow the South East Asia business and investor base. Before joining Gaw Capital, Ms. Ng was a founding member and research analyst at HKGolden50, a Hong Kong based non-profit research institute. Ms. Ng received her B.A. in Government (International Relations and Comparative Politics) from Dartmouth College.

Mr. Taniguchi joined Gaw Capital in 2024 as Managing Director - Head of Asset Management, Japan. Overseeing the firm's asset management in Japan, he brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record to the table. Mr. Taniguchi has nearly 30 years of work experience in the finance and asset management industry. Before joining Gaw Capital, Mr. Taniguchi served as the President & CEO of First Brothers Asset Management Co., Ltd. (FBAM) from 2022 to 2024, where he demonstrated unparalleled leadership in asset management, principal investment, and portfolio management. He spent over 14 years at First Brothers Co., Ltd. and First Brothers Asset Management Co., Ltd. in various leadership roles. During his tenure, he managed assets worth billions of yen with more than 180 assets over Japan. Mr. Taniguchi also played an instrumental role in transitioning the company's focus from third-party asset management to principal investment and ventured into VC/PE investments. Prior to that, he held positions at Aetos group, MID group, Hudson Japan, and Kajima group, maintaining expertise in comprehensive asset management, investment, internal control, as well as team management. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the Osaka Metropolitan University (formerly Osaka City University).

Mr. Cho joined Gaw Capital in 2024 and brings extensive expertise to his role as Head of Infrastructure and Head of Korea. With a proven track record and a deep understanding of the Asian market, Mr. Cho plays a pivotal role in driving the firm's infrastructure investment strategies and leading its operations in Korea. Before joining Gaw Capital, Mr. Cho served as the Partner and Head for Infrastructure Investment at IMM Investment (IMM) and CEO of IMM Asset Management Company in Hong Kong. During his tenure, he successfully led IMM's infrastructure business to become one of the leading infrastructure investment platforms in Korea. Prior to that, Mr. Cho held key leadership roles at the International Finance Corporation (IFC). In these roles, he spearheaded infrastructure and natural resources investments in the Asia Pacific region, managing a substantial portfolio and driving the development and implementation of investment strategies. Mr. Cho received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Yonsei University, a master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from the University of Tokyo.

Harry Ip has 25 years of real estate investment and asset management experience in Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Gaw Capital Partners, Mr. Ip served as Senior Portfolio Manager for Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) from 2010 to 2023. Before that, Mr. Ip also worked as Vice President for Wachovia Bank and Associate Director for Jones Lang LaSalle. Mr. Ip holds a Bachelor of Science in Surveying from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London. He is also a professional member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, and a CFA Charterholder.

Ms. Elizabeth Di Cioccio joined Gaw Capital as the Managing Director - Capital Markets, EMEA. In her role, she is responsible for the capital markets division for the Europe and Middle East region, driving strategic initiatives and fostering key relationships. She markets Gaw Capital’s global products across different asset classes, particularly in infrastructure sector and beyond. With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial sector, Ms. Di Cioccio has a proven track record of success in capital markets. Prior to joining Gaw Capital, Ms. Di Cioccio served as the Head of Middle East and Managing Director at KKR & Co. Inc. During her tenure, she oversaw KKR's business in the Middle East, focusing on raising capital from GCC-based sovereign wealth funds (SWFs) and other government and institutional clients. Her exceptional relationship management skills led her to raise over $10 billion during her tenure at KKR. Elizabeth also managed KKR's teams in Dubai and Riyadh. Before her tenure at KKR, Ms. Di Cioccio was a Partner at Mercury Capital Advisors in Dubai, where she successfully opened the firm's Dubai office and was responsible for distributing private equity, real estate, infrastructure, private credit, and hedge funds in the Middle East, the Nordic region, the UK, and Australasia. Ms. Di Cioccio's earlier career includes positions at Jefferies International and Merrill Lynch International. Ms. Di Cioccio holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude from Middlebury College.

Flora Yim joined Gaw Capital Partners in 2023 and is the Chief People Officer.

Ms. Yim has over 20 years of experience in HR and talent management.  Prior to joining Gaw Capital, Ms. Yim worked in several financial institutions, including BlackRock, Deutsche Bank, and Goldman Sachs. Ms. Yim is a clinical psychologist and a member of the American Psychological Association and Hong Kong Association of Doctors in Clinical Psychology.

Ms. Yim holds an MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from California School of Professional Psychology of Alliant International University.

Ms. Jialin Li joined Gaw Capital as the Managing Director, Investments. Ms. Li is based in Shanghai, leading industrial acquisition and disposition in China and exploring investment opportunities in rental housing sector. With over 17 years of robust experience in the industry, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in real estate acquisitions and fundraising. Prior to joining Gaw Capital, Ms. Li served as the Managing Director - Investment Management in Greystar, leading the acquisition of rental housing properties as well as raising USD separate accounts and securing RMB capital for single-asset projects. Prior to that, she has worked in SDP Investment and Fosun Property as the Managing Director, covering transaction execution from deal sourcing to closing as well as fund-raising activities in both USD and RMB.  Ms. Li commenced her career with Gaw Capital where she worked for over 5 years from 2007. Ms. Li holds a Master degree in Investment Banking and Capital Market from Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany.

Foster Lee has over 20 years’ experience in direct lending and structured finance across Asia Pacific. Foster is currently heading the private credit investments for Gaw Capital and have deployed c. USD1bn since he joined in 2020. Foster was the head of syndicated finance for China Minsheng Bank and prior to that he worked in multiple direct lending transactions, in particular leveraged finance and assets based lending across Hong Kong, Australia and Japan in GE Capital. During his banking career, he was on the board of directors of the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association and as a member of the China Committee and the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance Committee of the association. Foster holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of New South Wales and he is a qualified public accountant of CPA Australia.

Sharon Xie joined Gaw Capital in 2015 and is a Managing Director - Asset Management, responsible for asset management across the firm’s logistics portfolio. She has over 15 years of experience in leasing and asset management, with deep expertise in the logistics sector. Prior to joining Gaw Capital, Ms. Xie spent four years at GLP as a Leasing Manager, overseeing several projects in Shanghai. She successfully developed new client relationships and maintained strategic partnerships with the tenants. Before GLP, she worked for two years with a state-owned developer, where she gained extensive industry experience. Ms. Xie holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and a Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Hull University in UK.

Mr. Toh joined Gaw Capital in 2025 as Managing Director – Head of Data Centre Platform, Asia (Ex-China). He leads the firm’s strategy and investments in the data centre sector across Pan Asia, excluding China. Mr. Toh has over two decades of global investment and operational experience in the data centre, finance, and real estate industries. Before joining Gaw Capital, he served as Asia General Manager at Edgnex Data Centres by DAMAC. Prior to that, he was Group Chief Executive Officer at DCI Data Centers, a Brookfield-owned platform, where he led the company’s expansion into Asia and secured hyperscale customer commitments for new developments. Earlier in his career, he was a founding member of both ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) and Securus Data Property Fund (now Keppel DC REIT), playing a pivotal role in building and scaling these platforms into major regional and global players. Throughout his career, Mr. Toh has demonstrated deep sector knowledge and strong leadership in establishing and growing data centre businesses. He has extensive experience in capital raising, investment, strategic planning, and executing complex cross-border joint ventures across key markets including Singapore, South Korea, Japan, the Philippines, Indonesia, India, and the UK. He has also built strong relationships with strategic hyperscale customers and led high-impact transactions across the region. Mr. Toh holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Economics from the University of Queensland in Australia.
